Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DXB.AIDRETech application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- “You” means the individual or entity using the Service.
- “Content” includes text, messages, prompts, files, outputs, and other materials transmitted through the Service.
- “AI Output” means responses generated by automated models that may include errors or omissions.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, infrastructure, or security controls.
- Submit malicious code, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
- Use the Service to generate or disseminate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
4. AI Output and No Professional Advice
The Service may generate AI Output based on the information you provide and data sources available to the Service. AI Output is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating AI Output and verifying important information independently.
5. Data Sources and Third‑Party Services
The Service may incorporate or display information from third‑party sources. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party content, availability, or accuracy.
6. Credits, Billing, and BYOK
Certain features may require credits. Credits can be granted / requested and will expire, and are not redeemable for cash. Where supported, you may be able to provide your own API key (“BYOK”) to use third‑party services. If you provide a BYOK key, it is stored in your browser storage and transmitted to our backend only to configure your selected provider/model for your sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any BYOK key and for complying with the third‑party provider’s terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by the Service operator and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain any rights you have in Content you submit to the Service. You grant the Service a limited license to process your Content to provide and improve the Service.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
