Terms of Use
Effective date: 25 April 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DXB.AIDRETech application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- “You” means the individual or entity using the Service.
- “Content” includes text, messages, prompts, files, outputs, and other materials transmitted through the Service.
- “AI Output” means responses generated by automated models that may include errors or omissions.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service, infrastructure, or security controls.
- Submit malicious code, or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities.
- Use the Service to generate or disseminate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
4. AI Output and No Professional Advice
The Service may generate AI Output based on the information you provide and data sources available to the Service. AI Output is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating AI Output and verifying important information independently.
5. Data Sources and Third‑Party Services
The Service may incorporate or display information from third‑party sources. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party content, availability, or accuracy.
6. Credits, Billing, and BYOK
Certain features of the Service may require credits. Credits can be granted (e.g. a welcome bonus), requested as a free top-up subject to availability and abuse controls, or purchased as a one-time credit pack through our payment processor (PayPal). Credits are denominated in the units shown in your account and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
6.1 Pack expiry
Purchased credit packs expire after the period listed on the pack at the time of purchase (currently 90, 180, or 365 days, depending on the pack). Once expired, credits are not recoverable, refundable, or convertible to cash, and any unused balance on the expired pack is forfeited. Granted or requested credits (e.g. welcome bonus, free top-up grants, administrative grants) carry their own expiry dates as shown in the Subscription view; the same forfeiture rule applies on expiry.
6.2 Refunds for credit packs
Credit packs are non-refundable once any portion of the pack has been consumed. An unused credit pack — meaning a specific pack from which zero credits have been spent — may be refunded within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting us through the “Contact” page or the in-app complaint form. Refund eligibility is evaluated at the pack level: each purchase is a separate pack, and any spend against that specific pack disqualifies it from a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayPal; the corresponding credits are deactivated, and any promotional or bonus credits issued in connection with the refunded purchase are reversed. Expired packs are not eligible for refund.
6.3 Payment processing
Payments are processed by PayPal, who acts as the payment provider; we do not store your full card details or PayPal account credentials. Use of PayPal in connection with the Service is also governed by PayPal’s own user agreement and policies. By initiating a credit pack purchase, you authorize the displayed amount to be charged in the displayed currency to your selected funding source. Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by PayPal and your card issuer and are not controlled by us.
6.4 Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund. A successful chargeback or payment reversal initiated through PayPal or your card issuer for a pack on which credits have already been used may result in a corresponding negative balance on your account, suspension of access to paid features, or account suspension pending review.
6.5 BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
Where supported, you may be able to provide your own API key (“BYOK”) to use third‐party services. If you provide a BYOK key, it is stored in your browser storage and transmitted to our backend only to configure your selected provider/model for your sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any BYOK key and for complying with the third‐party provider’s terms. Costs incurred against your BYOK key are your responsibility and are independent of any credit pack you may purchase from us.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by the Service operator and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain any rights you have in Content you submit to the Service. You grant the Service a limited license to process your Content to provide and improve the Service.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
